The deadline for applications is Sunday, August 20, 2017.

All parade participants are encouraged to gain sponsorships and fundraising for the enhancement of participation. Businesses and non for profits that secure sponsorship are asked to keep this to one signage with the respective business name to one sign/float or entry.

For any group also looking to have a booth on both days of the 3 day programming, please kindly make sure that you fill out the booth application as well. If you're a DJ or performer that's leading a group on day 3 but would equally like to perform on day 2 at the culture festival, please kindly remember to fill out the performance application separately!

The parade will take place around the DTES starting from Thorton Park and and coming down Main Street back to the park. An Harambecouver team member will contact you in receipt of your application and provide details on meeting location, arrival time and various logistics information.
